Up to 26 degrees - Mild-warm summer weather on Thursday
Really sunshine and mild temperatures result in ideal excursion weather in Berlin and Brandenburg on Thursday. The German Weather Service forecasts temperatures of up to 22 to 26 degrees Celsius in the capital region. Occasionally, a few clouds are visible, but the sky is otherwise blue. The sky gradually becomes cloudier at night, with temperatures dropping to a refreshing 15 to 10 degrees Celsius.
On Friday, the sun fights its way through the clouds in parts. Light rain falls locally. Temperatures rise to 26 to 29 degrees Celsius. A few more showers are expected at night towards Saturday. Thunderstorms are possible from the Havelland to the north of Brandenburg. Temperatures drop to 18 to 15 degrees Celsius.
The weekend is significantly less pleasant. On Saturday, many clouds distribute showers, some of which can be quite heavy. In the north of Brandenburg, thunderstorms are again expected. In addition, a partly strong breeze with occasional gusts blows. Temperatures reach 25 to 29 degrees Celsius.
Despite the forecast of some clouds, the weekend in Berlin and Brandenburg still promises warm temperatures, with highs of 25 to 29 degrees Celsius on Saturday. However, showers and thunderstorms are anticipated in the north of Brandenburg, bringing a little unwelcome rain to the region. On Sunday, the Capital region might experience a respite from the rain, but DWD predicts temperatures to dip slightly, ranging between 23 to 27 degrees Celsius. The weather in Potsdam and the surrounding areas may be influenced by a few stray clouds drifting from Brandenburg, potentially creating a subtle overcast effect.
