Criminality - Men go on a pursuit ride with the police

Two men in Voehringen, Neu-Ulm district, had a "pursuit ride" with the police. The 35-year-old and his 42-year-old passenger drove the car at speeds of up to 180 km/h (111.84 mph) as the police reported. Witnesses had called the police because there were supposedly beggars on a supermarket parking lot on a Wednesday. The officers discovered two men who matched the description at a gas station, where the pursuit began.

The police were able to stop the car only at a roundabout. A legal proceeding was initiated against the 35-year-old for illegal car racing. His driver's license was confiscated.

The two men, hailing from Swabia, faced charges of criminality in the District Neu-Ulm. Their aggressive driving behavior, including reaching speeds of 180 km/h on the main roads, was a cause for concern in the local community. The pursuit journey involved several stretches of traffic, highlighting the men's disregard for the law. The incident took place in Vöhringen, adding another chapter to the region's law enforcement records in Bayern.

Despite the Automatic Number Plate Recognition system in operation, the police found it challenging to track the suspects due to their evasive maneuvers. The police force in Bayern continues to prioritize the pursuit of justice and maintenance of law and order, underscoring their commitment to serving and protecting the citizens.
