Bayer Leverkusen, according to media reports, are set to sign Martin Terrier. The contractually bound French first-division striker for Stade Rennes is said to join the German football champion for around 20 million Euros. He is already set to undergo a medical check-up in Leverkusen.
The 27-year-old Frenchman, who has previously played for Lille, Strasbourg, Lyon, and Rennes, scored 60 goals in just over 200 league games. He is known for his dribbling and finishing skills. He can be used on the left offensive side, as a hanging forward, or even in the central attack. Terrier would be the second professional, after defensive all-rounder Jeanuel Belocian, to join from Rennes this summer.
