A 36-year-old man is suspected to have been murdered in Langhagen near Lalendorf (Rostock District). His body was found in a wooded area, according to the police.

Three men aged 19 and 20 are reportedly suspected. They were allegedly arrested, according to the information. The Rostock Public Prosecutor's Office will decide whether to issue arrest warrants after the autopsy of the deceased, as a spokesperson stated.

According to initial investigations, there was a physical altercation between the later victim and several people on a Wednesday evening. The body was allegedly found around 11:00 p.m. that same evening. The autopsy is scheduled for Friday to determine the cause of death.

According to the Public Prosecutor's Office, the men knew each other briefly. They are said to have met briefly before the alleged crime on the train, according to a spokesperson. The victim is reportedly not from the area, while the three suspects are. All the individuals involved are, according to the Police, German nationals.

The crime scene is located in the Rostock District, specifically in Langhagen near Lalendorf. The suspected homicide is being investigated by the local police. The Rostock Public Prosecutor's Office is closely monitoring the case and will issue arrest warrants if necessary, following the autopsy results.
