Bundesliga - Mainz 05 loans Ajorque to Brest

Ludovic Ajorque will leave FSV Mainz 05 after only one and a half years. The Bundesliga club announced on X (formerly Twitter), that the 30-year-old striker has joined Stade Brest. The third place team in the French Ligue 1 last season is loaning Ajorque initially, but also secured an option to buy.

Born in Reunion, the Frenchman joined Mainz in January 2023 and made it into the team straight away. He missed only the season finale due to a yellow card suspension. The 1.96 meter tall forward's appearances in the starting lineup became less frequent in the last season.
