At handling merchandise with a forklift, a man in Upper Palatinate had fluid Metal swept over his feet. The loaded hot iron slag got in motion during transportation on a Wednesday evening in Neumarkt in Upper Palatinate, the police reported. The 34-year-old was taken to a clinic for burn injuries. Furthermore, the flowing metal had set the forklift on fire. Firefighters had extinguished the fire at the vehicle.

The Police are investigating, according to a spokesperson, for suspected reckless damage to property against the forklift driver.

The incident involved a forklift in the region of Upper Palatinate, specifically in Neumarkt. The operation resulted in metallic debris sweeping over a man's feet. The police from Bavaria, where Upper Palatinate is located, received reports of the operational accident on a Wednesday evening.
