Drugs - Kilos of Drugs in the Car - suspected dealers arrested
Investigators in Memmingen apprehended two suspected drug dealers and found approximately ten kilograms of drugs in their car. The two men are the main suspects in ongoing investigations by the Prosecutor's Office and Criminal Police around Biberach, according to the police statement on Wednesday. In the car, during the arrest on the previous Thursday, about ten kilograms of amphetamine, two and a half kilograms of hashish, and further alleged synthetic cannabis products were found.
A judge issued a warrant for the arrest of the 22 and 25-year-old suspects on Friday, according to the police. The investigations by the Criminal Police and Prosecutor's Office continue.
The suspected drug dealers were originally from the region of Baden-Württemberg. The seized drugs primarily included amphetamine, but also hashish and synthetic cannabis products. The arrest took place near Memmingen, not in Biberach as initially suspected. The Public Prosecutor's Office in Baden-Württemberg is closely involved in the ongoing investigations. After their arrest, the two men were questioned by the Crime Police in an auto.
