A 37-year-old alcoholic is suspected to have driven a radler (a bicycle with a small motor attached) unlawfully in Munich and damaged a car and a garage door during his spree. According to the Munich Police Department, the vehicle was parked at the construction site's exit on a Wednesday, and the key was in the ignition. Witnesses notified the police, who temporarily apprehended the man on foot.

The suspect's reckless actions in Munich occurred not only on the streets but also impacted a construction site in Upper Bavaria. Despite being in Bavaria, known for its low criminality rates, the instance of unauthorized use of a radler and property damage was an unusual occurrence for the region.
