Firefighters reportedly rescued two people from the apartment, one using a ladder. Other residents had evacuated the building beforehand.
A total of four people were treated medically, according to the police report, at least two people suffered a shock and carbon monoxide poisoning. Two people were taken to hospitals. Whether the two people rescued by the fire department were among those injured, the police initially did not say.
