A burning empty single-family house in Oberursel (Hochtaunuskreis) partially collapsed during firefighting efforts. According to the police, the roof of the building had caught fire for unknown reasons on Friday evening. The firefighting efforts reportedly lasted for several hours. During this time, the area around the scene was completely blocked off. Residents were reportedly instructed to keep their windows and doors closed. No one was injured in the fire. The police estimate the damage caused to be around 400,000 Euros.

The fire department quickly called for backup due to the intensity of the attic fire. The High Taunus District authorities were notified about the emergency situation in Oberursel, Hesse. After the fire was extinguished, an erase operation was initiated to remove any remaining debris from the single-family house. Despite the extensive damage, the local community expressed their sympathy and support for the homeowners.
