2. Bundesliga - Furth lets out Austrian attacker Mustapha
SpVgg Greuther Fürth has signed Austrian striker Marlon Mustapha. The 23-year-old has been loaned from Italian Serie A team Como 1907 with an option to buy, as announced by Fürth. Mustapha previously played for Fortuna Düsseldorf on loan in the 2. Bundesliga in the last round.
"Marlon is a trained central striker, who not only knows how to utilize the box but is also very agile and brings tempo and directness towards the goal," said Fürth's sport business manager Rachid Azzouzi. Mustapha scored two goals in eleven league games for Düsseldorf.
