Frontal collision on federal road - two severely injured

On Thursday afternoon in Ravensburg district, two cars collided. The drivers of the involved cars were severely injured. The road is blocked, the traffic police are investigating.

District Ravensburg - Frontal collision on federal road - two severely injured

Two drivers were severely injured in a frontal collision in the Landkreis Ravensburg. For unknown reasons, at afternoon, the vehicle of a 29-year-old driver had driven onto the opposing lane on the Bundesstraße 30 between Bad Waldsee Süd and Gaisbeuren, as the police reported. The driver first collided with an oncoming truck and then with the car of a 57-year-old driver. Both drivers were severely injured in the accident - they were taken to nearby hospitals. The Bundesstraße was closed around the accident scene. The Traffic Police Ravensburg has taken over the investigation into the cause of the accident.

The collision occurred on the Bundesstraße 30, specifically between Bad Waldsee Süd and Gaisbeuren, which is located in the Ravensburg District of Baden-Württemberg. Despite having automatic transmission, the 29-year-old driver's vehicle veered into the opposing lane, resulting in the frontal collision. The investigation into the unfortunate traffic accidents in Bad Waldsee is being handled by the Traffic Police Ravensburg.
