Water polo - Former national player Jüngling switches to Potsdam
Potsdam (dpa/bb) – Ex-Waterpolo player Maurice Jüngling is switching from record champion Spandau 04 to OSC Potsdam to conclude his career. The 32-year-old right-handed outside player and center back will shorten his sports career due to his teaching studies and help "a young, ambitious team" as the oldest player under OSC Potsdam trainer Alexander Tchigir.
Jüngling won the German championship ten times with Spandau and has played over 150 international matches. In return, goalkeeper Antonio Vukojevic is joining Spandau 04. Goalkeeper Erik Dortmann (20) is returning to Potsdam from SG Neukölln. In the previous Bundesliga season, OSC Potsdam finished fourth.
