The organizers of the German Film Festival in Ludwigshafen will present the program of the 20th edition on Wednesday (15:00), which starts on August 21. Program director Daniela Kötz and Intendant Michael Kötz will introduce the prize winners and guests of the 19-day event on the Rhine Island. It has already been announced that the tragicomedy "Family is not" by Nana Neul will open the festival. The film show runs from August 21 to September 8. According to the organizers, around 108,000 cinema fans attended last year. The event in the neighboring city of Mannheim is also considered an important industry meeting.
