In front of around 2000 spectators in rainy Rottach-Egern, Serge Gnabry, Leon Goretzka & Co. completed the first training session of the short trip to the Alpine idyll. The German football record champion trains there until Wednesday. At the first training session, Sporting Director Max Eberl and Sporting Executive Director Christoph Freund were also present.
Premiere on Wednesday
On Wednesday, there will be a premiere for the new head coach Vincent Kompany there. Then, it's against underclass FC Rottach-Egern, who were defeated 27:0 last year. The first league game for Kompany, who wrote autographs for a long time after training on Monday, takes place on August 16 in the DFB-Pokal against SSV Ulm.
