Technology - District administrations affected by computer malfunction
Global computer issues have also affected some district administrations in Schleswig-Holstein.
The district administration in Husum reported that due to a technical disruption, the IT system is largely down. The offices of the district could therefore only work to a limited extent. The duration of the disruption is currently not estimable. Particularly affected are the vehicle registration offices in Husum and Niebuell.
The administration of the district Pinneberg also reported problems. This applies, for example, to the Road Traffic Office or the Immigration Office, as stated on the district's website. The district of Schleswig-Flensburg also reported a largely failed IT system.
Among the free cities, Kiel was affected. A spokesperson said there were smaller problems there. In Lübeck and Neumünster, the administrations could work normally.
The districts of Segeberg, Stormarn, Herzogtum Lauenburg, Ostholstein and Plön had no problems.
