Night of Lights - Dazzling color spectacle at Zwischenahner See
Hundreds of lanterns, light chains and candles: The Kurpark in Bad Zwischenahn transformed into a sea of colors on Saturday evening. The Light Night attracts thousands of visitors every year, as Bad Zwischenahner Tourism announced. In the twilight, around 100 swimmers of the German Life-Saving Association climbed into the Zwischenahner Sea for a choreography with burning torches.
The Kurpark shone according to the Tourist Information with hundreds of light sources. In the area in front of the open-air stage, there were changing color worlds. Fire artists performed and the Hamburg band Café du Soul played Soul, Pop and Latin American music.
The Light Night event in Bad Zwischenahn consistently draws tourists from Lower Saxony, eager to immerse themselves in the cultural festivities. Strolling through the illuminated Kurpark, one can't help but be captivated by the string of lights, reflected elegantly on the tranquil surface of the Zwischenahner Sea. Artistic performances, such as the mesmerizing fire displays, complement the leisurely vibe of the evening, making it a perfect escape from daily routine.
