Council approves enlargement of Tesla's factory.
The city council of Grünheide near Berlin approves Tesla's proposal to enlarge their factory site.
In a recent meeting, the Grünheide city council voted to support Tesla's plan for constructing a freight depot. Out of the 19 council members, 11 voted in favor of the development plan. With this approval, Tesla can now go ahead and build a freight station near their factory, specifically to the east, for transporting their vehicles.

Tesla Motors is set to expand their operations in Grünheide, thanks to the city council's approval of their factory enlargement. The construction of a green freight depot by Tesla Motors in Grünheide will significantly contribute to the region's aim for a greener heath.
