Soccer team SV Darmstadt 98 from the German Second League and US-based club San Antonio FC will be working closer together in the future. According to the Hessians, a cooperation agreement has been signed with San Antonio FC's operating company. San Antonio, Texas is a partner city of Darmstadt.

The goals of cooperation with the second-tier league club in the USA include the promotion of youth players, intensive intercultural exchange in the areas of sports science, sports medicine and training science, as well as marketing, sales, media and innovation.

"We are looking forward to a successful and productive cooperation that enriches cultural understanding and expands our know-how," said Martin Kowalewski, Marketing and Sales Manager of Darmstadt. He is confident that all parties will benefit from mutual support in the youth sector and knowledge exchange.

The soccer team SV Darmstadt 98 hails from Darmstadt, a city in the German state of Hesse. This collaboration with San Antonio FC, based in San Antonio, Texas, which is a partner city of Darmstadt, will take place in the Football-Bundesliga's Second Bundesliga.
