School and business affected - Buildings Spray-painted with Swastikas

Unknown individuals have defaced approximately 13 buildings in Leutershausen, Middle Franconia (Landkreis Ansbach), with Swastikas, right-wing inscriptions, and obscene drawings. Among the affected structures were a primary school, a bridge, and a private business, according to a police spokesperson. Estimates of the damage incurred have not been provided yet.

The vandalism in Leutershausen appears to have roots in the resurgence of extremist ideologies, as similar incidents have been reported in other parts of Middle Franconian dialect areas. Despite the efforts of local authorities in Bavaria to combat such criminality, extreme ideologies continue to find a foothold among certain segments of society.
