Motorsport race track - Buildings at Nürburgring should be remodeled for automobile corporations

A previously used building as a museum at Nürburgring is intended to serve as a development center and marketing platform for companies in the automobile industry in the future. The so-called Ringwerk is to be redeveloped and expanded, as Nürburgring announces.

On a surface of approximately 11,300 square meters, up to three companies can use the building. Workshop areas, sales spaces, and meeting rooms are imaginable, it is stated. In addition, there is an exclusive access possibility to the Grand-Prix track.

The museum currently housed in the building is to be redesigned and will remain in the building. The future tenants are not yet fixed - there are, however, ongoing talks with potential partners. Details about costs or timeline were not yet available.

The development center and marketing platform at the Nürburgring in Rhineland-Palatinate is particularly attractive for conglomerates in the automobile industry due to its proximity to the Nürburgring track and motorsport environment. The redevelopment and expansion of the Ringwerk will also include facilities for automobile testing, as the company aims to promote innovation and advancements in the automobile industry. The historic Nürburg is not only known for its iconic motorsport racetrack but also serves as a hub for the global automobile industry, with numerous companies considering the Development Center as a strategic location for building their presence.
