Unknown perpetrators have blown up a ATM in Freckenfeld (District of Germersheim) in the early hours of the morning. It is still being investigated whether the unknown perpetrators managed to get the money from the ATM of Volks- und Raiffeisenbank. Therefore, no statement can be made about the damage yet. A manhunt is ongoing.

The incident occurred in Freckenfeld, which is located in the Rhineland-Palatinate region. The destroyed ATM was from Volks- und Raiffeisenbank, a local banking institution. In an attempt to find the culprits, the police are searching extensively in and around Germersheim during the morning hour due to the rising concerns of criminality.
