Weather outlook - At the end of the week, it will be hot in Bavaria.

High temperatures are expected in Bavaria. According to the German Weather Service (DWD), highest temperatures above 30 degrees are possible. At the Alps, there is a low risk of thunderstorms.

Today is heavily overcast, with some showers. In the further course of the day, the rain will be limited to the Inn and the Alps. The highest temperatures lie between 21 degrees at the Alps and 27 degrees at the Untermain.

On Thursday, the sun will break through. Only a few scattered clouds are expected in the sky. The Highest temperatures will reach 26 to 31 degrees. Friday will be similar: with a lot of sun and highest temperatures between 28 and 32 degrees, according to the DWD. For Saturday, forecasts predict 29 degrees in the Allgäu and 34 degrees on the Main.

In contrast to the Alps, Munich in Bavaria is expected to experience peak value temperatures of up to 31 degrees on Thursday, as per the weather outlook. Despite the sunshine, the weather at the Alps' peak remains relatively cooler, with highs of only 26 degrees. The German Weather Service (DWD) predicts similar peak value temperatures on Friday, with the Alps only reaching 28 degrees, while Munich and other parts of Bavaria could see temperatures as high as 32 degrees.
