At an accident involving a Military Convoy on Autobahn 6 near Feuchtwangen (Ansbach District), four people have been lightly injured. Three vehicles of the US American Convoy collided with each other around 8.30 am and also hit a civilian vehicle, stated a Police spokesperson. Three Military personnel and a passenger in the car were lightly injured.
Autobahn 6 in the direction of Heilbronn was closed due to the accident near Feuchtwangen and is predicted to remain closed for several more hours according to the spokesperson. The cause of the accident was initially unclear. In addition to the Traffic Police, the Military Police were also called to the scene of the accident.
