At a crossing in Moembris (District Aschaffenburg), an accident occurred between a patrol car and a car with a firefighter who was on duty, as the police reported. The two vehicles collided sideways. The occupants of the patrol car were slightly injured. The firefighter in the car remained unharmed. Both vehicles had to be towed away on Monday morning. The damage amounted to approximately 23,000 Euro.

The accident involving the police car and the firefighter's vehicle occurred in the district of Aschaffenburg, under the administrative region of Franconia in Bavaria. Despite the collision, the automatic safety features in both vehicles prevented more severe damage. The traffic in the area was temporarily disrupted due to the accident and the removal of the vehicles. The police are investigating the cause of the sideways collision to prevent similar accidents in the future.
