Criminality - A woman must have a finger amputated due to a fight

A 46-year-old woman was injured in a fight with another woman in Reinickendorf. The 47-year-old suspected attacker allegedly pulled several handfuls of hair from the head of the 46-year-old and bit her little finger on the left hand, according to the police. This reportedly almost completely severed the finger.

Two policewomen off duty, who happened to be on site, held the 47-year-old until further police arrived. Emergency services took the injured woman to a hospital. According to reports, a part of her little finger was amputated at the hospital.

The suspected attacker was taken to a psychiatric ward of a hospital. The reason for the fight was initially unclear.

The fight between the two women took place in the district of Reinickendorf, which is located in Berlin. The incident of criminality has sparked concern within the community.

Despite being a Ms., the victim's identity has not been publicly disclosed by the authorities due to privacy reasons.
