Spechbach - A teenager rests without a driver's license and under the influence of THC

A teenager was driving through Spechbach (Rhein-Neckar-Kreis) under the influence of drugs and without a driver's license with his headlights on. The 16-year-old had apparently consumed Marihuana beforehand. A drug test showed the presence of THC, according to the police. The teenager had to go to the station and give a blood test. Subsequently, he was taken to his legal guardians.

The teenager must now answer for driving without a driver's license and driving under the influence of drugs, according to the police. In addition, the driver's license authority will check if legal measures are necessary for a future acquisition of the driver's license.

The incident occurred in the Rhein-Neckar-District, specifically in Spechbach. The automatic headlights on the vehicle drew attention to the teenager's unusual driving behavior. Following the incident, the police in Baden-Württemberg initiated a criminal investigation regarding drug influence and traffic violations. During their police ride, they observed further instances of potential criminality in the area.
