Fire - A person severely injured by fire in Constanz Old Town
At a full-blown fire in Konstanz Old Town, a person was severely injured. Additionally, other affected individuals suffered from mild gas poisoning, as the police reported. The fire broke out in the early morning hours in a house that was partly used commercially and partly as living quarters. Several adjacent buildings were also evacuated. The firefighting efforts are ongoing.
In response to the emergency, firefighters from Baden-Württemberg were swiftly dispatched to extinguish the fire in Konstanz Old Town. Due to the intensity of the flames, another building near the affected site was also at risk of catching fire.
