A kitchen fire caused damages worth around 400,000 Euro in a multi-family house in Heidenheim an der Brenz. A resident discovered the fire in her apartment and managed to escape with other inhabitants, according to the police. Preliminary investigations suggest that the fire broke out at the stove on Tuesday evening.

The paramedics and 14 fire department vehicles were involved in the operation. The house was deemed uninhabitable after the firefighting efforts. The 14 residents of the house were accommodated with relatives. No injuries were reported by police, according to their statement. The cause of the fire was initially unknown.

The fire occurred in the kitchen of a residential building located in Heidenheim an der Brenz, which is situated in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. Due to the emergency situation, the nearby Heidenheim police were notified and assisted in evacuating the residents safely. Despite the significant damage caused by the fire, fortunately, no emergencies or injuries were reported by the Heidenheim police.
