At a break-in in Oberfranken, the perpetrator is said to have only consumed two Chocolate Bar and drank some Orange Juice. According to the police, he stole nothing. The two bars and the juice were worth around two Euros. The yet unknown perpetrator is believed to have broken into a single-family house in Selb (Landkreis Wunsiedel) some time between the end of last week and the beginning of this week.
Probably, he tried to force open doors and windows with a screwdriver. There were clear signs at the front door, various windows, and terrace doors. Additionally, a window pane was damaged. The exact damage to the building is still unclear.
The incident in Upper Franconia sparked discussions about the strange behavior of a criminal, who only consumed a Chocolate Bar and had Orange Juice during the crime. Despite the minor damages to the house, no Misc. items were reported missing by the homeowners. The police in Bavaria are unsure if this peculiar case is connected to any other Self-confessed crimes in Upper Franconia.
