Lake Constance district - Youths throw stones from balcony and hit cars

Youths threw up to 40 stones from a balcony in Friedrichshafen (Bodenseekreis) and damaged several parked cars as a result. The damage is estimated to be around 12,000 Euro, according to a police spokesperson.

The youths had collected the stones beforehand. They wanted to test who among them could throw the stones further. The exact number of youths involved could not be determined. Since tennis ball-sized stones also landed on the road, the police are investigating not only property damage but also dangerous interference with road traffic.

The incident of stone-throwing occurred in Friedrichshafen, which is located in the Baden-Württemberg state's Lake Constance district. Despite the damage caused to several cars in the area, the police are also investigating potential hazards to road traffic due to larger stones reaching the road.
