A World War II grenade has been discovered in Bremen during construction work. It is scheduled to be detonated around 13:00, as reported by the police. The artillery grenade, packed with one kilogram of explosives, was found during exploratory work in the Park Links der Weser in the Kirchhuchting district. Before the detonation, an area with a radius of 140 meters around the discovery site in the park will be evacuated. Residents will not be affected by the evacuation, as confirmed by a police spokesperson.
