Worker hit by branch and seriously injured
An employee of a gardening company was seriously injured while working on a private property. As the police reported on Tuesday, a man in Riedering (Rosenheim district) was using a chainsaw to remove branches from a tree at a height of five meters on Monday. When one of the branches fell to the ground, a second employee walked under the tree at that exact moment. The 59-year-old was hit by the branch and suffered serious injuries despite wearing a hard hat. According to the emergency doctor, there was no danger to life, according to the police.
In such situations, it's crucial to have an immediate response plan for emergencies. Despite the incident happening in Rosenheim district, Upper Bavaria, it underscores the importance of regular safety drills and protocols in all workplaces.
