Woman wins almost 1.2 million euros in the lottery
A woman from the Trier area has won almost 1.2 million euros in the lottery. This was announced by Lotto Rheinland-Pfalz on Monday. The player handed in her lottery ticket at a retailer in the Trier area on Friday. She won exactly 1,196,545.20 euros in the draw on Saturday evening. She guessed the six numbers on the ticket correctly, but the correct super number was missing for the jackpot. According to Lotto Rheinland-Pfalz, this is the third Rhineland-Palatinate Lotto million prize in a row and the seventh this year.
The woman's victory in the lottery was a result of correctly guessing six numbers in a game of chance. Despite being just short of the jackpot, her winnings still amounted to an impressive 1.19 million euros.
