Wolfsburg sign Dutch midfielder

Wolfsburg's female footballers continue to rely on talent. And once again, the cup winners are turning to the Netherlands.

Bundesliga - Wolfsburg sign Dutch midfielder

The VfL Wolfsburg has signed the Dutch junior national player Ella Peddemor. The 21-year-old midfielder will receive a contract with the Lower Saxons until June 30, 2027, but will initially be loaned back to her previous club FC Twente Enschede.

"Ella is a very talented and ambitious player who has developed into a performer at FC Twente in the last five years. I am convinced that she is not yet at the end of her development," said Ralf Kellermann, Director of Women's Football at the DFB Cup winner.

VfL Wolfsburg, a soccer team based in Lower Saxony, Germany, has acquired Ella Peddemor, a Dutch junior national player. She is set to join the Lower Saxons until June 30, 2027, but will first return to her previous club, FC Twente Enschede, in the Netherlands on loan.

Ralf Kellermann, the Director of Women's Football at VfL Wolfsburg and the DFB Cup winner, praised Peddemor's talent and ambition, stating, "Ella is a very talented and ambitious player who has developed into a performer at FC Twente in the last five years. I am convinced that she is not yet at the end of her development."

Despite her impressive performance at FC Twente Enschede, Peddemor will continue to hone her skills in the Netherlands, as per the terms of her contract with VfL Wolfsburg. Eventually, she will join the Bundesliga women's team, signifying a significant leap in her career.

As a Lower Saxony-based soccer team competing in the prestigious Bundesliga and boasting a talented player like Ella Peddemor, VfL Wolfsburg is expected to make a strong impact in the upcoming seasons.
