A 31-year-old individual is under suspicion for torching a motorcycle in Berlin-Neukölln. A worker from the local City Transport Organization (CTO) witnessed this dude smashing a window at the CTO headquarters, subsequently flipping the bike onto its side and igniting it. The CTO employee tried to douse the flare with a fire extinguisher, but the guy dumped the contents of a trash bag onto his head instead. He then continued his rampage, hacking into the neon sign of a bank branch, according to police reports. Officers apprehended the 31-year-old, and he's set to face a judge today.
The act of torching the motorcycle is classified as a serious form of crime. Following the incident, the individual also vandalized the neon sign of a bank branch, another criminal offense.
