First showing in Europe - "Will Smith Stars in 'Bad Boys: Ride or Die' in Berlin"
Oscar-winning actor Will Smith (55) attended the European premiere of the action comedy "Bad Boys: Ride or Die" in Berlin alongside co-star Martin Lawrence. Smith was dressed in a wide gray suit and a hefty necklace for the event at the Zoo-Palast in Charlottenburg on Monday evening.
The newest installment in the "Bad Boys" series sees Smith and Lawrence reprise their roles as Miami police officers Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett for the fourth time. The first film was released back in 1995, and the following two sequels kept audiences engaged. This time around, the duo uncovers a corruption scandal before getting caught up in a much larger conspiracy, which forces them to go on the run. The film is directed by Belgian filmmakers Adil El Arbi and Bilall Fallah, who also helmed the previous film "Bad Boys for Life" in 2020. The movie will hit German theaters starting June 5 (Wednesday).
