Sports: Handball Competition, Players Tackle the field - Wiegert remarks on SCM handball players' innate ability to win.

Success coach Bennet Wiegert has given a glowing endorsement for SC Magdeburg's handball players ahead of the Champions League's Final4. "These guys carry a winning spirit within them. I'm proud to be their coach, for I desire to mentor a team that radiates and displays character," enthused Wiegert on Friday regarding his team.

In the upcoming semi-final against Denmark's champion Aalborg HB this Saturday (3 PM/DAZN and Dyn), the title holders are confident. "The difference between self-confidence and arrogance is minuscule, a fine line. But in our case, I'd prefer a hint of arrogance over feelings of insecurity," added Wiegert about training his athletes.

This season, SCM has won an impressive three titles - the Club World Championship, the DHB Cup, and the German Championship, making them highly respected in the competition. "I've never openly declared that SC Magdeburg is the world's best team. But public opinion can't be changed overnight. We've earned this reputation over the years. It's better to be a favored candidate than an unexpected underdog," stated Wiegert.
