- Week commences with recurring thunderstorms in the southwest region.

As per the German Weather Service (DWD), some ominous clouds are making their way in to kick off the week, following the balmy climate in Baden-Württemberg. Weather analysts anticipate showers and powerful storms with thunder in multiple areas of the state. However, it's tricky to pinpoint exactly where umbrellas will be essential, as mentioned by a spokesperson from the DWD in Stuttgart. Alongside heavy showers and forceful winds, there's a chance of hailstones too. A damp, warm atmosphere is also on the cards, potentially leading temperatures to hit 29°C in Stuttgart.

The forecast indicates that storms will pop up sporadically in the forthcoming days. They are predicted to be especially intense during the night transition from Tuesday to Wednesday, and on Wednesday morning. The temperatures will moderate slightly throughout the week. On Wednesday, the mercury won't climb beyond 25°C, but the humid, warm sensation should persist.

Despite the predicted moderation in temperatures, the Southwest region might experience some of the strongest storms, with intense thunder and possible hail during the transition from Tuesday to Wednesday night. The relentless downpours and stormy weather are expected to continue in the Southwest, maintaining the humid atmosphere.
