- Warehouse complex of Bootsverein in Hamburg suffers from fire incident
At a waterfront facility belonging to a sailing organization on the eastern side of Hamburg, a fire broke out. The Bergedorf-located complex, situated close to residential areas, was engulfed completely, as reported by a representative from Hamburg Fire Department's command center to the German Press Agency. Several firefighters were present. By approximately 9 pm, the blaze was mostly under control. Further post-fire activities are ongoing. A volunteer firefighter endured minor injuries.
