Not only good sound attracted people to the Heavy Metal Festival in Wacken. The post was also on site again and satisfied with the result.

Not just Heavy Metal: Among the fans at the Wacken Open Air (W:O:A) festival that ended in the early hours of Sunday, stamps were also highly sought after. According to DHL, 23,000 W:O:A postcards and 35,000 stamps were sold. In 2020, 9,000 cards and 13,000 stamps were sold. This year, the products at the "Wacken Post Office" were more popular than ever, according to DHL. The post was not present at the festival in 2023.

From Wednesday to Saturday, around 85,000 visitors celebrated at the Wacken Open Air. Among the performers were the Scorpions, Korn, and Amon Amarth.

At the Wacken Open Air festival, the popularity of the "Wacken Post Office" reached new heights, selling 23,000 postcards and an impressive 35,000 stamps. During the festival, around 85,000 visitors enthusiastically attended the Wacken Open Air, where they enjoyed performances from bands like The Scorpions, Korn, and Amon Amarth.
