Misfortune in Mosel town - Victim advocate offers help after hotel crash

The commissioner for victims of the state government offers help to people affected by the hotel collapse in the Mosel town of Kröv. "My thoughts are with the victims, their families and relatives," said Detlef Placzek in Mainz, expressing shock at the disaster. "No one should feel alone in such an exceptional situation."

Affected individuals seeking help can receive psychosocial support daily from 8 am to 8 pm via the free hotline number 0800 0010218. Experienced therapists will be available on the phone.
