Relegated to the second division, VfL Osnabrück has recruited goalkeeper David Richter from their upcoming league opponent 1860 Munich. The two third-division teams made this announcement on Thursday. Neither club shared any information about the contract specifics. The 25-year-old goalkeeper, who hails from Berlin, had been with the Munich squad since July 2023. After the last season, VfL fired their goalkeeper, Philipp Kühne.
