VfB pros Millot and Führich back in team training

Bundesliga club VfB Stuttgart can expect to have their key attacking players Enzo Millot and Chris Führich back for the game at Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday (18:30/Sky). Following knee problems, playmaker Millot took part in the third-placed team's full training session on Tuesday. This was confirmed by a VfB spokesman. The 21-year-old traveled back to Stuttgart from the French U21 national team a few days ago after suffering a knock to his knee in training.

Führich had to miss out on the national team

Winger Führich had to miss the German international double-header against Turkey and on Tuesday in Austria due to a flu-like infection, but was now able to complete large parts of coach Sebastian Hoeneß' VfB training session again. Central defender Dan-Axel Zagadou, who had also been weakened by a cold, and attacking player Roberto Massimo only took part in parts of the training session. Attacker Silas Katompa Mvumpa trained individually after returning from an international match with Congo in the World Cup qualifiers.

Other players such as top scorer Serhou Guirassy and defender Hiroko Ito are expected back in Stuttgart in the coming days after their international trips. Hoeneß had recently given the professionals who were not traveling with their national teams four days off.

VfB Stuttgart's return to Bundesliga action against Eintracht Frankfurt will be boosted by the return of Enzo Millot and Chris Führich, both key attacking players who have been sidelined due to injuries. Millot, who played a significant role in Stuttgart's third place, is back following a knee issue after training with the team on Tuesday. Meanwhile, Führich, who missed out on the German international double-header due to illness, is also back in full training, having recovered from his flu-like infection.
