Operational activities or procedures - Verdict on educator altered images
A 60-year-old man was given a 13-month prison sentence, suspended, along with an order to complete sexual therapy in February by the court. The defendant acknowledged the accusations through his legal counsel.
The prosecution thought the man concealed a video camera in a toilet used by staff at his school from December 2018 to January 2020 for filming two women during their visits. Additionally, a small collection of child pornography was found on his device, including a picture of a student undressing after gym class and seen without a shirt on from the waist up. Images of explicit sexual violence were not located in the recordings.
The individual from Aschaffenburg district was spotted by the investigators from the Bavarian Central Cybercrime Office due to a tip they received from an online service in America.
