At a railroad station near Kerpen, west of Cologne, a lorry tumbled off a bridge onto the tracks on a Friday afternoon. The driver endured injuries in the collision, as reported by authorities. The extent of the injuries was initially uncertain.
Eyewitnesses allegedly observed the lorry swerve off the road on the bridge at around 11:50 AM, smash through the barrier, and land on the tracks. The reason behind the event remains a mystery, a spokesperson revealed. An inquiry has begun.
