A tragic incident took place in the Marburg-Biedenkopf district, leading to the demise of a motorist. The 21-year-old, for reasons unknown, swerved his vehicle off the road to the right, showed remarkable control by steering it back onto the road, but ultimately lost grip, veering onto the opposite lane. According to police reports, it was there that his vehicle collided head-on with an incoming vehicle.
He suffered grievous wounds and unfortunatelily passed away at the accident site on a secluded country road close to Ebsdorfergrund. The 31-year-old driver of the oncoming automobile and his 23-year-old passenger were transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
