A vehicle swerved off the highway in the Waldhausen area of Aalen (Ostalbkreis), and smashed into a tree. Five individuals sustained injuries in the pre-dawn mishap, as reported by a police representative. Among them, three sustained severe injuries, while the remaining two suffered only minor wounds. Two individuals were stuck inside the car and required assistance from emergency responders to be extracted. According to the spokesperson, the vehicle was filled with young men in their early twenties. The police are currently investigating the reasons behind the accident.
The vehicle involved in the accident was not the only one on the highway that morning. The injured individuals mentioned later were not the only ones from the vehicle; others in the car were also affected by the incident.
