Jumping into a roadside ditch, a cop from Lower Franconia avoided a reckless car. According to police sources, the driver suffered minor injuries. Earlier, a 34-year-old was trying to avoid a head-on collision with motorcycles ahead by braking hard and swerving. However, his car's rear end spun out of control on a Monday evening close to Reichenberg (Würzburg district).

The out-of-control vehicle smashed into the police car, parked alongside another vehicle at the curbside of a bus stop, at a high speed. The officer ended up with minor facial wounds while saving others. Luckily, all other individuals involved in the smash-up escaped injury. The motive behind the police car's presence at the bus stop remained unexplained initially. The damage assessment surpasses 30,000 euros.

The out-of-control vehicle, causing an accident, hit the police car at the curbside of a bus stop. Thankfully, despite the incident, the officer only suffered minor facial wounds while preventing potential harm to others.
