Up to 35 degrees: High summer in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland

- Up to 35 degrees: High summer in Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland

Sunshine and temperatures reaching up to 30 degrees Celsius are expected in the Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland region in the coming days. On Friday, temperatures will peak at 23 to 29 degrees, according to the German Weather Service (DWD). In the north, there may be some rain, while it will remain dry and cloudy in the south.

As the weekend begins, temperatures will also rise: On Saturday, it will be mostly sunny and up to 26 to 31 degrees Celsius, with some sunny intervals in the south, according to DWD. Sunday will also be sunny with peak temperatures between 28 and 33 degrees.

It's set to get really hot on Monday, with the DWD forecasting peak temperatures of 30 to 35 degrees. The weather forecast predicts sunshine and no rain.

During this high summer, the Rhineland-Palatinate and Saarland regions are set to experience scorching temperatures, reaching up to 33 degrees Celsius on Sunday. Enjoying the outdoor activities during these high summer days will surely be a delight for many.
